Top 5 Consumer Finance Apps on Unified Platform in Croatia, Q2 2021

In the second quarter of 2021, the consumer finance app landscape in Croatia showed varied performance across the top five applications. Insights from Sensor Tower reveal intriguing trends in weekly downloads and active users, providing a snapshot of user engagement in this sector.

George Croatia from Erste banka d.d. demonstrated a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, with a notable increase to about 5.8K in mid-April and another peak of 5.4K at the end of June. The app's weekly active users consistently grew, starting at around 51.9K and reaching over 70.3K by the end of the quarter.

The PBZ mobile banking application maintained a steady download rate, peaking at nearly 2K in the last week of June. Active users showed a slight decline from over 104K at the beginning of the quarter to approximately 113.6K by the end, with a peak of 120.2K in early May.

m-zaba from Zagrebačka banka d.d. experienced growth in weekly downloads, with a significant rise to over 2.2K in late June. The active user base remained relatively stable, with numbers fluctuating between 82.4K and 96.3K throughout the quarter.

OTP mobile banking HR saw a steady increase in weekly downloads, reaching a high of 1.1K in late May. Although there are no active user data available, the download trends suggest a growing interest in the app.

Finally, mojaRBA – my finances from Raiffeisenbank Hrvatska showed a decline in weekly downloads, starting at 472 and dropping to 494 by the end of June, with some fluctuations in between.
